Is your jewelry made in a smoke-free environment?

Yes, all New Classics Jewelry is made in an entirely smoke-free environment.

I am concerned about my privacy. How is that protected?

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we will never sell, rent or distribute in any way our customers' personal information, address, email or phone numbers. If you supply us with your postal address on-line, you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers in regards to jewelry orders will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding the orders they have placed.
We collect only information volunteered by you, such as e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, such as survey information and/or site registrations, name and address, telephone number, We do not collect information on consumers who browse our site. The information we collect may be used to notify consumers about updates to our web site: if you receive such notifications and do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please contact us via e-mail at info@newclassicsjewelry.com.

What about my financial information?

We take your payment information (e.g., credit card number and billing address) at the time you place an order. We do not keep financial information once a transaction has cleared.

How do I place an order?

You may place your order online, by e-mail or by telephone. We will contact you to confirm your order. Please advise us immediately of any changes to your order. If you have any questions, please let us know via telephone or e-mail. We accept all major credit cards (see below) as well as PayPal. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete mailing or shipping address. We cannot be responsible for any incorrect "ship to" addresses that are given at the time of purchase. If an item is returned to as "Undeliverable", "Unclaimed" or "Return to Sender", with the address supplied by you, we will contact you if at all possible. If we are unable to contact you, we will refund your purchase price less any shipping charges. If you choose to, you may then re-order the item with the correct "ship to" address.

Do you accept special orders?

Yes, in most instances we will accept special orders. Just contact us, and we will do our best to work with you.

What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MC, AmEx or Discover) as well as PayPal and checks. Orders paid for by check will be shipped as soon as check clears the bank.

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will normally be shipped via USPS.

How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

We do not charge postage/shipping and handling for orders that are to be sent United States using First Class Mail. We do, however, charge for rush orders. Shipping and handling cost for orders sent to foreign countries will be determined at the time of the order.

How soon will my order be shipped?

Your order will be processed as soon as possible after we have confirmed your order and payment information. Please understand that the jewelry you are ordering is handmade, and this may take time. Orders will normally be shipped within two weeks. Custom orders may take longer.
